Facility Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Facility Engineer to join our team in Doha. The role involves overseeing the maintenance and operation of our facilities, ensuring efficiency, safety and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs.
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for maintenance and repair work.
• Troubleshoot and resolve facility‑related issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
• Create and maintain accurate records and reports for all facility activities.
• Manage and monitor the budget for facility maintenance and operations.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the facility maintenance team.
• Communicate effectively with team members, management and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of facilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• Valid UPDA Certification.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Previous experience in Facility Management (FM) is required.
• Strong MEP background.
• Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Good leadership, communication and coordination abilities.
