Facility Management Manager – Architecture

About the role

The Facility Management Manager – Architecture will lead the maintenance of architectural, civil and building fabric assets, ensuring that all facilities meet operational, safety, quality and contractual standards in Doha.

Key responsibilities

• Manage architectural, building fabric and civil maintenance activities.
• Lead FM teams and coordinate contractors and specialist service providers.
• Monitor planned and reactive maintenance programmes.
• Conduct inspections, identify defects, risks and improvement needs.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar codes, specifications, HSE, environmental and quality standards.
• Track SLA/KPI performance and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate effectively with clients and project stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
• UPDA/MMUP Grade A or B – mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of architectural and civil works.
• Familiarity with Qatar standards and building codes.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• School/kindergarten FM experience in the GCC preferred.
• CFM, FMP or SFP certification preferred.
• PMP certification an advantage.
