Facility Management Manager Architecture

About the role

The Facility Management Manager – Architecture will oversee architectural, civil, and building fabric maintenance activities, ensuring facilities meet operational, safety, quality, and contractual standards in Qatar.

Key responsibilities

• Manage architectural, building fabric, and associated civil maintenance activities.
• Lead FM teams and coordinate contractors and specialist service providers.
• Monitor planned and reactive maintenance activities and conduct inspections to identify defects, risks, and improvement requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Qatar codes, specifications, HSE, environmental, and quality standards.
• Monitor SLA/KPI performance and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate effectively with clients and project stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years relevant experience.
• UPDA/MMUP Grade A or B – mandatory.
• Fluent in Arabic and English – mandatory.
• School/kindergarten FM experience within the GCC is highly preferred.

Required skills

• UPDA/MMUP Grade A or B certification.
• Civil maintenance expertise.
• PMP certification (preferred).
• SFP certification (preferred).
