About the role
The F&B Captain will act as a hospitality ambassador within Al Najada Doha Hotel By Tivoli, delivering prompt and courteous service to guests across all food and beverage outlets. This position plays a key role in shaping guest satisfaction by ensuring high‑quality service, safety, and hygiene standards.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate service teams in restaurant, lounge and other F&B areas to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menus, beverages, and hotel facilities to assist guests effectively.
- Uphold safety, hygiene and privacy standards throughout all service areas.
- Collaborate with kitchen and management to guarantee timely delivery of food and drinks.
- Continuously develop personal service skills to enhance overall guest experience.
Required profile
- Previous experience in food & beverage or restaurant operations.
- Passion for delivering excellent service.
- Strong team player with good communication abilities.
