F&B Service Expert – Barista

About the role

The F&B Service Expert – Barista will deliver high‑quality coffee and food service in a busy hospitality environment, ensuring smooth opening and closing operations and excellent guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment, and securing the premises.
• Stock and maintain work areas, coffee carts, and service stations.
• Take guest orders, record them in the MICROS POS system, and prepare food and coffee beverages.
• Handle cash transactions, provide change, count the till at shift end, and complete cashier reports.
• Operate coffee makers and other appliances, turning them on/off as required.
• Bus tables, clean dishes, utensils, and work surfaces throughout the shift.
• Follow company safety, security, and uniform policies and report any incidents.
• Welcome guests, anticipate their needs, and provide courteous service.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• No prior work experience required.
• No supervisory experience needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 lb and perform repetitive motions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MICROS POS system.
• Cash handling and basic arithmetic.
