F&B Service Expert – Guest Service Role

About the role

As an F&B Service Expert you will create memorable dining experiences for guests at our Doha location. You will work closely with the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to ensure smooth service and uphold the high standards of Marriott International.

Key responsibilities

• Set and arrange tables, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Communicate orders and special requests accurately with the kitchen.
• Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and respond to inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, dining spaces, and service supplies.
• Handle menu items, verify information visually, and assist guests with menu selections.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving items up to 25 lb unaided (50 lb with assistance).

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and navigate uneven or slippery surfaces.
