F&B Supervisor

About the role

The Food & Beverage Supervisor will support the overall F&B operation at Banana Island Resort Doha, ensuring guest satisfaction, team performance and business results. The role involves overseeing service standards, maintaining a safe and sanitary environment, and delivering high‑quality products in line with the Anantara brand.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and ensure guest satisfaction throughout all food and beverage outlets.
• Maintain a safe, clean and sanitary work environment in accordance with brand and regulatory standards.
• Ensure the highest quality of food and beverage products are served.
• Develop and sustain a strong team environment through coaching, training and empowerment.
• Handle daily team member relations and encourage problem‑solving.
• Deliver prompt, courteous service that aligns with Anantara’s standards.

Required profile

• College diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
• Previous experience in food & beverage or restaurant operations.
• Passion for leadership and teamwork.
• Strong eye for detail to achieve operational excellence.
• Excellent guest service skills.

• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
