About the role

Join the InterContinental Doha The City team as an F&B Team Member and help create memorable dining experiences for guests in a world‑class luxury hotel. You will work in a dynamic environment, delivering professional, personalized service while upholding the brand’s standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Greet, seat, and serve guests with discretion and professionalism.
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of the outlet’s food and beverage menu to advise and upsell guests.
• Prepare the service area before, during, and after each shift (mise‑en‑place and mise‑en‑scène).
• Monitor food and beverage quality, ensuring consistency with hotel standards.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and satisfactorily.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and equipment upkeep in the outlet.
• Control waste, breakage, and spoilage to minimise losses.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering true hospitality and a genuine care for guests.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and follow the hotel’s service manual.
