Finance Manager

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead our financial operations. The successful candidate will bring strong analytical abilities and leadership experience within the exchange house, banking, or financial services sector.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the organization’s financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal company policies.
- Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and risk management activities.
- Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports.
- Lead audits and coordinate with external auditors.
- Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth and decision‑making.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of finance management experience, preferably in an exchange house, banking, or financial services environment.
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, CA, or equivalent.
- Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
