Financial Systems Analyst

About the role

An established financial organisation is looking for a Financial Systems Analyst to support and enhance mission‑critical enterprise applications. You will ensure system stability, contribute to enhancement projects, and provide expert technical support for key business applications.

Key responsibilities

• Support business‑critical financial applications and investigate complex system issues.
• Participate in system upgrades, enhancement projects, and application testing.
• Gather and analyse business requirements and work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Produce technical documentation, user guidance, and perform quality assurance.
• Monitor system performance, recommend improvements, and support integrations between enterprise applications.
• Provide after‑hours support when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience supporting enterprise business applications.
• Experience with financial platforms or ERP solutions.
• Banking or financial services experience preferred.

Required skills

• Strong SQL and database knowledge.
• Experience working with application vendors.
• Proficiency in financial platforms/ERP systems.
