Fine-Dining Waiter/Waitress – Luxury Hotel (Doha)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced F&B Waiter/Waitress to join the luxury Kimpton Doha hotel. You will deliver fine-dining service to guests, support daily floor operations and uphold the brand’s high standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily service operations, coordinate tasks and guide colleagues on the floor.
• Maintain clean, polished service equipment, table settings and well-stocked dining areas.
• Provide attentive, professional service, anticipate guest needs and resolve issues promptly.
• Recommend dishes and wine pairings, promote menu highlights and seasonal promotions.
• Handle food and beverage storage, rotation and inventory checks to ensure quality and minimise waste.
• Upsell dishes, premium beverages and wine pairings, process payments accurately.
• Assist with special events, promotions and seasonal menu launches.

Required profile

• Extensive experience as a waiter in a fine-dining restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of wine service and pairing.
• Formal hospitality or wine certification (e.g., WSET) is an advantage.

Required skills

• Wine service and pairing expertise.
• POS system operation.
• Inventory and stock management.
