You will work in a high‑end environment where service is treated as an art form, requiring deep menu knowledge, refined etiquette, and proactive guest anticipation.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain exhaustive knowledge of the menu, ingredients, preparation techniques, allergens, and wine or cocktail pairings.
• Execute precise service techniques, including serving from the left, clearing from the right, and synchronized table drops.
• Read the table to tailor service style, anticipate guest needs, and manage subtle upselling of premium pairings.
• Communicate seamlessly with the kitchen regarding dietary restrictions, pacing, and order modifications.
• Ensure all silverware, crystal, and porcelain are spotless and perfectly aligned according to fine‑dining standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in an upscale, fine‑dining or Michelin‑starred restaurant.
• Strong understanding of fine wines, spirits, premium ingredients (e.g., truffles, caviar) and classic culinary terminology.
• Immaculate personal presentation and adherence to strict uniform and grooming standards.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk gracefully, and carry heavy trays during long shifts.
