Food & Beverage Captain

About the role

The Food & Beverage Captain will support the overall F&B operation at Souq Waqif Boutique Hotel By Tivoli, ensuring guest satisfaction, high‑quality service, and a safe, sanitary environment. You will lead a dynamic team, promote brand standards, and contribute to the hotel’s business results.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and ensure guest satisfaction throughout all food and beverage outlets.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and sanitary work environment in line with brand standards.
• Oversee the delivery of prompt, courteous service and the quality of all products served.
• Develop and sustain a strong team environment through training, empowerment, and daily member relations.
• Encourage problem‑solving and continuous improvement among team members.
• Handle daily operational issues and support team performance.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication; additional language is a plus.
• Well‑groomed with high personal hygiene standards.
• Enthusiastic, willing to learn, and possesses a positive, pleasant personality.
• Currently holding the role applied for and possessing relevant qualifications.
• Ability to work under pressure, flexible, and thrive in a dynamic team environment.
• Excellent team player with verifiable references.
