About the role

Join Pullman's Italian restaurant as a Food & Beverage Supervisor, where you will lead daily service operations and ensure an authentic Italian dining experience for guests. You will act as the bridge between the service floor and the kitchen, maintaining high standards of hospitality, quality, and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations, guaranteeing smooth service flow and consistent standards.
• Lead the floor during service, providing hands‑on support and delivering warm, attentive hospitality.
• Guide and motivate the service team to create genuine Italian dining experiences.
• Manage reservations, seating plans, and guest requests with efficiency and care.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and daily checklists to support seamless operations.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational policies.
• Act as the primary liaison between service and kitchen teams to maintain clear communication.

Required profile

• Proven experience in restaurant service or supervisory roles, preferably in Italian or premium dining.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities with a guest‑first mindset.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and confident managing busy service periods.
• Comfortable using POS systems and handling basic administrative reporting.
