Food & Beverage Supervisor – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Ned Doha is seeking a confident and motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead daily restaurant operations within its luxury hotel environment. You will ensure seamless service flow, uphold high standards, and deliver memorable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations and maintain smooth service flow.
• Lead, motivate, and support the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain high service standards and attention to detail at all times.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally.
• Assist with team training, scheduling, and operational coordination.
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen and other departments for seamless service.
• Support management during busy periods and high‑volume service.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an F&B Supervisor or similar role in luxury hospitality.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining service excellence.
• Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Positive, hands‑on, team‑oriented attitude.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays.
