Graduate Development Programme – Qatar National

About the role

The Graduate Development Programme is a two‑year structured development pathway for Qatari nationals who have recently completed a bachelor’s degree. Participants receive a blend of general aviation knowledge and role‑specific training designed to build the competencies required to succeed across the QR Group.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through multiple functional areas within the QR Group to gain broad exposure.
• Attend classroom and on‑the‑job training sessions covering aviation fundamentals and specialised skills.
• Complete assigned projects that contribute to operational improvement.
• Develop professional behaviours and competencies through mentorship and performance feedback.
• Prepare for a permanent role within the organisation upon successful completion of the programme.

Required profile

• Qatari nationality or a Qatari mother.
• Age between 20 and 28 years.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from an institution approved by the Supreme Education Council.
• Clearance from CID and medical clearance.
