Growth & Content Associate

About the role

Sanad Insurance Brokers is launching a new digital consumer product in Qatar and seeks a hands‑on Growth & Content Associate to shape its market entry. The role goes beyond traditional social media, covering brand storytelling, content creation, community building and growth experimentation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the product’s content strategy, brand voice, campaign themes and launch calendar.
• Manage day‑to‑day content and community activities on Instagram and TikTok.
• Create concepts, captions, scripts, photography and short‑form video content.
• Edit and adapt assets for each platform using tools such as CapCut, Canva or Adobe.
• Support campaign setup, creative testing and performance reviews across Meta, TikTok and Google Ads.
• Use AI tools for research, ideation, copywriting, graphics and content repurposing.
• Track performance metrics and turn insights into improved content and growth experiments.
• Produce evergreen guides, email and WhatsApp content and other audience resources.
• Collaborate with creators, communities and relevant businesses for partnerships.

Required profile

• Strong storyteller who can capture attention and drive engagement.
• 1–3 years of experience in content, social media, growth, branding or a related agency/start‑up environment (fresh graduates with a solid portfolio are welcome).
• Portfolio demonstrating original content, copywriting, video or photography work.
• Excellent English writing and communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
• Basic understanding of performance marketing and interest in Meta, TikTok and Google Ads.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks.
