Guest Relations Manager – La Maison Ani

About the role

Fundamental Hospitality is seeking an experienced Guest Relations Manager to lead the guest experience at La Maison Ani, one of Doha’s most celebrated dining venues. You will be the face of the restaurant, ensuring every guest receives the highest level of personalized service in a luxurious setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all guest interactions, from reservation to post‑dining follow‑up.
• Maintain and elevate luxury service standards across the restaurant.
• Train and mentor front‑of‑house staff on guest‑centric best practices.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with the culinary and operations teams to align service delivery with the brand’s vision.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Guest Relations Manager or in a senior guest‑facing role within a high‑end restaurant or luxury hospitality concept.
• Strong understanding of luxury service standards and the ability to implement them consistently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, engaging demeanor.
• Detail‑oriented and fluent in English.
