Guide Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Guide Supervisor to lead and coordinate teams responsible for visitor guidance, customer assistance, crowd movement and operational support. The role involves supervising frontline personnel and ensuring visitors receive clear, professional and consistent assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate assigned guides and frontline personnel.
• Allocate staff across designated locations and operational areas.
• Conduct daily briefings and communicate operational instructions.
• Monitor attendance, appearance and performance.
• Ensure effective visitor guidance and crowd movement.
• Resolve visitor queries and escalate operational issues when necessary.
• Coordinate with Operations, Security, Traffic Control and HSE teams.
• Support emergency and evacuation arrangements.
• Prepare basic shift and incident reports.
• Maintain high standards of customer service.

Required profile

• Previous supervisory experience in events, hospitality, customer service, security, facilities or large public venues.
• Strong team‑management and communication abilities.
• Good command of English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Ability to manage teams in busy, high‑footfall environments.
• Qatar/GCC experience preferred.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and operational schedules.
