Head of Finance – Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain & Oman

About the role

KONE Gulf is expanding across Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman and seeks an experienced finance leader to drive financial performance and support strategic growth. Reporting to the Finance Director for the Middle East, Turkey & Africa region, the Head of Finance will be based primarily in Doha.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the forecasting, budgeting and financial reporting processes for the Gulf region.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements, internal controls and corporate policies.
• Act as the primary contact for treasury, tax and other finance matters across the four countries.
• Partner with business stakeholders to provide strategic guidance, actionable insights and support for top‑line growth.
• Develop and implement KONE’s finance strategy in customer‑facing activities such as invoice collection.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Finance Manager or similar role within a multinational, matrix‑organized company.
• Strong English communication skills and high attention to detail.
• Proven ability to lead and develop finance teams.
