About the role
Reporting to the HR Manager, this senior position leads the development and implementation of workforce planning, organization effectiveness, total rewards, HR systems, and people analytics to support the company's business objectives and long‑term growth.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute short‑, medium‑, and long‑term workforce planning strategies aligned with the Long‑Range Business Plan.
- Oversee organization design and effectiveness initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
- Lead the design, administration, and continuous improvement of compensation, benefits, and reward programs.
- Manage the annual manpower budgeting process, cost forecasting and personnel cost optimization.
- Maintain accurate job architecture, grading framework and lead job evaluation activities.
- Provide workforce analytics, dashboards and regular reporting to support strategic decision‑making.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or a related field; CIPD qualified or equivalent, or pursuing a postgraduate HR qualification.
- 10+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, with at least 3 years in a leading C&B role.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Proven experience leading HR teams of 1,000+ employees.
Required skills
- Formal training in Job Evaluation and Compensation & Benefits processes.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities for workforce and reward data.
- Ability to provide strategic advice on organization structures and workforce optimization.
- Expertise in managing large‑scale workforce budgeting and cost management.
