About the role
The Guest Environment Expert ensures that every guest space reflects the Gold Standards of The Ritz-Carlton, creating memorable and luxurious experiences through impeccable cleanliness and service.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of guest rooms, public areas and the entire hotel.
- Respond to guest requests, stock housekeeping carts, and ensure all areas meet the Gold Standards.
Required profile
- Commit to safety, follow company policies, maintain confidentiality and professional appearance.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, lift and move objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
