About the role
As a Hotel Cleanliness Expert, you will create memorable guest experiences by maintaining the appearance and hygiene of all hotel areas. You will work across rooms, public spaces, and service areas, ensuring every touchpoint meets Marriott’s high standards.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
- Stock cleaning carts and supplies to support daily operations.
- Clean guest rooms, corridors, lobbies, and other public areas to brand standards.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
- Follow safety procedures, company policies, and confidentiality guidelines.
- Maintain a professional uniform, personal appearance, and clear communication.
Required profile
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
- Commitment to a safe workplace and adherence to quality standards.
- Willingness to work hands‑on in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork orientation.
