Housekeeping Supervisor

About the role

Qureos Inc is looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead its housekeeping team in Doha. The role focuses on maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction across all facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of housekeeping staff and assign duties and schedules.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure cleanliness standards.
• Train, coach, and monitor employees to achieve quality performance.
• Maintain adequate stock of cleaning supplies, chemicals, and equipment.
• Report maintenance issues and coordinate timely resolution with relevant departments.
• Keep accurate records of attendance, inspections, inventory, and housekeeping activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene standards, and health & safety regulations.
• Address customer concerns promptly and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent; relevant certification is a plus.
• 3–5 years of housekeeping experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning methods, and safety practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team‑management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and motivate staff.
