About the role
As a Housekeeping Supervisor at IHG's luxury hotel in Doha, you will lead a team of Housekeeping Attendants to ensure the property meets the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. You will coordinate daily tasks, manage guest requests, and uphold the brand’s service excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare job assignments for Housekeeping Attendants.
- Issue keys and supplies to Attendants.
- Attend daily meetings and receive special instructions.
- Receive check‑outs and report rooms as vacant.
- Handle special guest requests and ensure they are fulfilled.
- Inspect cleaned areas using checklists, verify supplies, and report immediate repairs.
Required profile
- Experience in a luxury hotel environment.
- Knowledge of effective learning and development methods.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, diverse environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent written and spoken English.
- Additional language proficiency is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and a result‑oriented attitude.
