HR Manager – Lead HR Operations & Strategy

About the role

The HR Manager will lead Burjline Builders' human resources function, overseeing all HR operations and aligning HR programs with business objectives. This senior role requires a strategic mindset and strong partnership with senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage HR operations, teams and service delivery across the organization.
• Support implementation of HR strategy and programs.
• Provide guidance to management on HR‑related matters.
• Oversee employee lifecycle activities and core HR processes.
• Monitor departmental KPIs and maintain service standards.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and applicable legal requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related discipline.
• Relevant professional HR qualifications are advantageous.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in HR operations, strategy, projects, advisory or organizational development.
• Experience in large, complex organizations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with senior management and multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Qatar/GCC experience and Arabic language capability are advantageous.
