HR Project Manager

About the role

The HR Project Manager will lead complex human‑resources initiatives from initiation through delivery, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, budget and quality expectations. This senior‑level position reports to senior leadership and works closely with cross‑functional teams to drive HR transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and communicate detailed HR project plans, timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate stakeholders, project resources and external partners throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor and mitigate project risks, dependencies, budgets and progress against milestones.
• Lead HR transformation and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Establish project governance, reporting mechanisms and performance metrics.
• Ensure successful implementation, change adoption and formal project close‑out.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience managing HR‑focused projects.
• Proven ability to deliver large‑scale initiatives on time and within budget.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with HR transformation, process redesign or technology implementation.
