About the role
We are seeking a reliable HSE Manager to ensure the entire organization complies with health and safety regulations. You will develop policies that foster a safe workplace and lead initiatives to continuously improve safety conditions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute health and safety plans in line with legal guidelines.
- Prepare and enforce policies that promote a culture of health and safety.
- Evaluate practices, procedures, and facilities to assess risk and legal compliance.
- Conduct training sessions and presentations on health, safety, and accident prevention.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail for hazard identification.
- Ability to spot opportunities for improving workplace conditions.
- Excellent communication skills to convey safety guidelines to a multidisciplinary workforce.
- Reliability and commitment to maintaining a safe environment.
