Human Resources Supervisor

About the role

The Human Resources Supervisor supports the HR team and line managers in maintaining positive employee relations, ensuring compliance with recruitment policies, and delivering HR services across the Doha location.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and track employee‑relations issues, assist with resolution and follow‑up.
• Support management and leadership in handling HR matters and policy interpretation.
• Ensure hiring and recruitment processes comply with local laws, company policies and standards.
• Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding HR programs, policies and guidelines.
• Disseminate information on employer‑employee relations, employee activities and personnel policies.
• Maintain accurate employee records, including interview documents and I‑9 forms.
• Assist with logistics, administration and scheduling of annual employee surveys.
• Answer phone calls, record messages and provide professional telephone etiquette.
• Assist managers with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining and coaching staff.
• Follow safety and security policies, report accidents and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related HR work experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• No specific license or certification required.
