Human Workflows and UX Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Human Workflows and UX Designer to create simple, intuitive, and user‑friendly experiences for our B2B SaaS platform. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to translate complex energy, electrification, and sustainability workflows into clear digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and improve end‑to‑end user journeys and workflows for B2B customers.
• Simplify complex processes, data, and decision‑making into intuitive interfaces.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high‑fidelity designs using Figma.
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to turn product requirements into practical designs.
• Design AI‑powered and automated workflows that are transparent and easy to use.
• Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and research to uncover customer needs.
• Develop dashboards and interfaces that present operational and financial information clearly.
• Identify usability issues and continuously improve the overall customer experience.
• Communicate design concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX/UI Design, HCI, Digital Design, Cognitive Science, or related field.
• 5‑8 years of experience in UX/UI or product design, preferably with B2B SaaS or data‑intensive platforms.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating workflow design, journey mapping, and enterprise software design.
• Experience working with Product Managers and Engineering teams in an Agile environment.
• Experience designing workflows involving AI, automation, or machine‑learning solutions is a plus.
• Background in energy, utilities, electrification, or sustainability is an advantage.
