In-Store Trainer – Luxury Boutique (Doha)

About the role

The In‑Store Trainer will work on the boutique floor in Doha, identifying knowledge gaps and delivering targeted training to sales teams. This role ensures new hires are fully onboarded and that all staff receive continuous coaching to meet Dior’s service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a monthly training calendar (Diorly) based on team needs and business priorities.
• Observe sales associates, provide on‑spot feedback and coaching aligned with KPIs, NPS and CX metrics.
• Manage the onboarding program for 100% of new boutique staff, covering all Dior applications and retail platforms.
• Deliver the Brand Culture program to new joiners within two months or by the end of their probation period.
• Collaborate with boutique directors and regional training specialists to track progress, report results and identify further training needs.
• Design and propose innovative training solutions tailored to the boutique’s reality.

Required profile

• Experience in customer‑service environments, preferably luxury retail.
• Fundamental knowledge of training and development activities.
• Strong ability to identify and satisfy internal and external client needs.
• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to deliver ideas effectively.
