About the role
We are seeking an experienced Information Technology Project Manager to lead complex banking projects within the Asset & Wealth Management domain. The role involves overseeing full project lifecycles, from business case creation to user acceptance testing, while coordinating cross‑functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end implementation of IT solutions for Asset & Wealth Management, Private Banking, Custody, Securities, and Lending & Borrowing.
- Manage projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Conduct process mapping, re‑engineering, and customer journey analysis to optimize business workflows.
- Drive change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and training.
- Coordinate test planning, execution, and UAT sign‑off with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in a banking environment.
- Strong background in Asset & Wealth Management and Private Banking projects.
- Proven ability to manage both technical and business stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
