International Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are seeking an International Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations and workforce excellence across our MENA region offices. You will own the full employee lifecycle for a multicultural workforce while ensuring compliance with multi‑country regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement HR frameworks, policies, and SOPs tailored to the MENA footprint.
• Oversee regional talent acquisition pipelines for leadership, project management, asset management, and engineering roles.
• Ensure rigorous adherence to diverse labor laws and statutory requirements across all operating countries.
• Drive competitive total rewards, benchmark salary structures, bonuses, and performance management frameworks.
• Foster an inclusive, high‑performance culture that bridges regional offices and supports employee retention and development.

Required profile

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 4‑5 years in regional or international HR management.
• Proven experience managing HR operations and talent acquisition across Asian and African markets.
• Background in real estate, property management, or international construction/engineering preferred.
• Strong knowledge of regional labor frameworks, HRIS platforms, and ATS.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field; MBA or relevant postgraduate specialization strongly preferred.
