Investment Analyst

About the role

The Investment Analyst will support Commercial Bank’s Wealth Management Advisory unit by researching, analysing, and interpreting market data to help the advisory team make informed investment decisions for clients. This position plays a key part in building and maintaining successful investment portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth market research across sectors and industries to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
• Analyse client portfolios, measuring returns, volatility and alignment with investment objectives.
• Prepare and present detailed performance reports and investment briefs.
• Monitor macro‑economic events, earnings releases, central‑bank announcements and geopolitical developments that could affect investments.
• Assist in developing investment strategies by providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Present research findings and investment ideas to portfolio managers, senior analysts and advisory teams.
• Collaborate with trading, product, advisory and external analyst teams to ensure cohesive investment decisions.
• Support regulatory compliance and handle ad‑hoc operational or business tasks as required.
