IT Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced and hands‑on IT Manager to lead and manage the company’s overall IT infrastructure, systems, information security, networks, servers, ERP applications and technology assets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the company’s IT infrastructure across offices, ensuring availability, reliability and performance of systems, networks and servers.
• Develop and enforce information security policies, monitor for vulnerabilities and promote cybersecurity awareness.
• Administer LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, firewalls, switches, routers and both physical and virtual servers.
• Oversee ERP and other business applications, coordinating enhancements and technical issues with internal teams and vendors.
• Establish data backup, disaster recovery and business continuity procedures for critical systems.
• Administer Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams and manage user accounts, permissions and access controls.
• Supervise hardware and software installation, configuration, licensing compliance and provide technical support to employees.
• Maintain IT policies, documentation, vendor relationships and manage the IT budget.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of professional IT experience, including senior infrastructure or IT management roles.
• Proven ability to manage projects independently, coordinate with vendors and communicate effectively.
• Professional certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA, ITIL or CISSP are a plus.
