About the role
We are seeking a proactive IT Support professional to provide on‑site technical assistance across the service centre floor. The role involves quickly identifying and resolving hardware and software issues to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Key responsibilities
- Walk the service centre floor to spot and fix IT problems before they become tickets.
- Provide immediate support for urgent or high‑severity incidents affecting multiple agents.
- Perform rapid hardware replacements such as headsets, cables, and peripherals.
- Assist supervisors and managers with day‑to‑day IT requirements.
- Maintain minimal disruption by delivering fast, proactive resolutions.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
- 3–5 years of desktop support or field service experience.
- Bilingual in Arabic and English.
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent (preferred).
Required skills
- Hands‑on troubleshooting of workstations and peripherals.
- Strong understanding of desktop support environments.
- Ability to provide quick on‑site technical support.
