Junior Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Engineer to join our team in Qatar. The role supports senior engineers on a variety of engineering projects, combining office‑based design work with on‑site inspections.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in project planning, design, and execution.
• Review technical drawings, reports, calculations, specifications and project requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, company procedures and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate project records and reports.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical support.
• Assist in cost estimation, material take‑offs and procurement activities.
• Monitor equipment and system performance and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Architecture or a related engineering discipline.
• 0 to 5 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with BIM software.
• Experience with AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of GIS or related engineering software.
