Key Account Manager - Oil & Gas

About the role

We are looking for a Key Account Manager to lead our flagship energy account in Qatar. You will act as the bridge between safety engineers at major energy companies and our learning‑and‑development team, translating HSE/SHES needs into commercial solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the subject‑matter‑expert liaison between safety stakeholders and internal delivery teams.
• Conduct briefing sessions, draft proposals and manage end‑to‑end deal closure.
• Drive adoption of learning technology across the account and safeguard renewals.
• Expand relationships beyond the current project into the wider Qatar/GCC contractor community.
• Provide leadership on pipeline health, account status and deal risk.

Required profile

• Established credibility in HSE/SHES within the oil & gas sector, senior enough to be trusted immediately.
• Proven track record of writing and closing commercial proposals and growing accounts.
• Based in Qatar or able to spend at least two weeks per month on‑site.
• Strong network in the Qatar/GCC energy contractor ecosystem (preferred).
