Kitesurf Instructor I

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Kitesurf Instructor to deliver top‑quality kitesurf and water‑sport services at Fuwairit Beach. You will conduct lessons, ensure safety procedures, and create memorable experiences for guests and DQ clients.

Key responsibilities

• Guide guests on available kitesurf activities while providing excellent customer service.
• Administer training to beach staff and ensure adherence to standards.
• Coordinate with the Head Instructor to deliver safe, fun, and informative programmes.
• Plan and schedule kitesurf and non‑wind sessions with reservation officers.
• Maintain a tidy and welcoming kitesurf centre.
• Conduct kitesurf lessons for guests and internal staff.
• Run specialist clinics (freestyle, hydro‑foil, surf board, kids).
• Perform regular equipment checks in line with municipal regulations.
• Support the organisation of kitesurf events.
• Supervise support staff and guide clients on water and land excursions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• IK0 level 2 or BKSA level 2 coaching qualification.
• Proven coaching experience across all kitesurf disciplines.
• Power‑boat operation experience.
• Valid First Aid qualification.
