Lead Business Intelligence Analyst – People Analytics

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Business Intelligence Analyst to elevate our People Analytics capability. Based in Doha, you will join the HR Strategy, Transformation & Digital function and support the newly established HRBI team in delivering data‑driven insights that shape workforce strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain real‑time dashboards and deep‑dive analytics for HR decision‑making.
• Centralise HR data from multiple systems into a unified Data Warehouse.
• Analyse large datasets to identify trends in hiring, attrition, mobility and related areas.
• Integrate AI‑driven insights, forecasting and automation into People Analytics processes.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing insights that influence major workforce strategies.
