Lead Process Improvement Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Lead Process Improvement Engineer to drive operational excellence within a leading facilities management operation in Doha. The successful candidate will partner with operational teams to identify improvement opportunities, optimise workflows and enhance SLA/KPI performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead process improvement initiatives across FM operations
• Review existing workflows and identify efficiency and performance gaps
• Analyse SLAs, KPIs and operational performance data
• Conduct root cause analysis and develop corrective/improvement actions
• Drive cost optimisation and operational efficiency initiatives
• Develop and standardise processes, procedures and best practices
• Support operational audits and performance reviews
• Work with cross‑functional teams to implement and track improvement initiatives
• Prepare reports and recommendations for senior management

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline
• Strong experience in process improvement, operational excellence or continuous improvement
• Lean Six Sigma certification or demonstrable experience
• Knowledge of RCA, process mapping, KPI/SLA analysis and performance improvement methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities
• Experience in Facilities Management, O&M, engineering or a similar operational environment (preferred)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills
• GCC/Qatar experience is an advantage
