Leadership & Talent Development Manager

About the role

As the Leadership & Talent Development Manager at Qatar Aviation Services, you will shape the future of leadership across the organisation. You will design and deliver high‑impact development programmes that empower leaders, build a robust talent pipeline, and drive a culture of continuous learning.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and launch leadership and talent initiatives using adaptive learning, competency models and experiential methods aligned with QAS strategic goals.
• Partner with managers to conduct talent reviews, succession planning and 360° feedback processes, ensuring a pipeline of future leaders.
• Establish feedback mechanisms, peer‑mentorship programmes and other learning interventions to embed a culture of continuous development.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to identify emerging talent needs and create targeted development pathways.
• Monitor and evaluate programme effectiveness, adjusting content to meet evolving business requirements.

Required profile

• Proven track record designing and delivering behavioural and leadership development programmes.
• Strong experience in talent management, succession planning and learning culture initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and strategic thinking abilities.
• Passion for driving culture change and fostering employee growth.
