Learning & Development Manager – Hospitality

About the role

As the Learning & Development Manager at Banana Island Resort Doha, you will act as a role model for team members, guiding their professional growth from day one. You will design, deliver, and monitor training programmes that enhance service excellence and support the resort’s commitment to unforgettable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain individual development plans for all team members.
• Organise and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and e‑learning initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Property Leadership Team to identify skill gaps and recommend learning solutions.
• Track learning outcomes and evaluate the impact of programmes on performance and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure training content aligns with Anantara’s brand values and hospitality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hotel Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a learning function, preferably within hospitality.
• Proven ability to work with diverse cultures and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Strong facilitation and presentation abilities.
• Excellent English communication skills.
