Learning & Development Specialist – Training Analyst

About the role

Burjline Builders is looking for an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to lead training‑needs analysis, design and deliver development programs, and support employee growth across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analysis and identify skills gaps.
• Develop annual and periodic training plans.
• Design, coordinate and deliver soft‑skills and professional‑development programs.
• Manage internal and external training providers.
• Analyse participation, effectiveness and outcomes of training initiatives.
• Maintain accurate training records, reports and statistics.
• Support training budgets and related administrative processes.
• Evaluate programs and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related field (post‑graduate qualification preferred).
• Minimum 6 years of relevant Learning & Development experience.
• Strong background in training‑needs analysis and program evaluation.
• Experience facilitating soft‑skills training.
• Bilingual Arabic and English capability preferred.

Required skills

• Familiarity with ERP/HR systems.
