Leasing Consultant

About the role

The Leasing Consultant at The Address Real Estate works full‑time on‑site in Doha, guiding prospective residents through the entire leasing journey. The role combines customer interaction, documentation management, and coordination with internal teams to ensure a smooth and positive resident experience.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property tours, explain lease terms, and assist applicants with the leasing process and approvals.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email and in‑person, providing timely follow‑up and professional communication.
• Maintain accurate lease documentation and keep property management systems up to date.
• Support resident‑retention initiatives and coordinate with maintenance and management teams.
• Monitor market trends, assist marketing activities, and contribute to occupancy and revenue goals.

Required profile

• Ability to manage lease administration, preparing and reviewing leasing documents.
• Experience in resident‑retention activities and strong customer‑service orientation.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with prospects, residents and internal partners.
• Knowledge of basic property‑management practices and local real‑estate regulations in Doha.
• Proficiency with office software and property‑management systems, with strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to work on‑site with flexible hours and collaborate in a team environment.
