Licensed Aircraft Engineer & Mechanic – Qatar Airways

About the role

Qatar Airways is looking for highly skilled Licensed Aircraft Engineers and Aircraft Mechanics to join its Technical MRO Engineering Division. You will support flight operations by delivering world‑class maintenance across heavy, line, cabin & IFE, engine shop, and workshop sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute assigned maintenance activities efficiently and in line with Qatar Airways and customer procedures.
• Review work procedures, propose improvements, and ensure final release of completed work.
• Maintain aircraft and component serviceability standards to meet schedule requirements.
• Provide support to internal and external customers and implement technical solutions within authority.
• Ensure delivery standards, dispatch reliability, and acceptable defect levels are met.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Diploma or vocational qualification in aircraft maintenance or engineering.
• Hold at least one full Qatar Airways main‑fleet ICAO/QCAA license for Licensed Aircraft Engineers.
