Lifeguard

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Lifeguard to ensure the safety of guests at the swimming facilities of The Ritz‑Carlton, Doha. The role involves vigilant monitoring of pool and beach areas, responding promptly to any incidents, and upholding the resort’s high standards of service and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Observe the swimming area continuously for dangerous conditions, unusual behavior, or emergencies.
• Apply appropriate rescue techniques to assist swimmers in distress.
• Enforce pool rules and promote safe practices among guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of the pool deck and surrounding areas.
• Report incidents and complete required documentation accurately.

Required profile

• Passionate about guest safety and hospitality.
• Physically fit and able to perform rescue duties.
• Strong observational skills and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork orientation.
