Logistics Manager – Qatar Patriot Program

About the role

The Qatar Patriot Depot Logistics Manager supports the in‑country Operation Manager and Field Manager for the Patriot Air Defense sustainment program. Based in Doha, the role coordinates logistics, material handling and reporting for a U.S. defense customer, ensuring timely delivery of parts and services.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and assign logistics work across multiple functional areas, including warehouse, material program and warranty management.
• Track inbound and outbound shipments, maintain historical logistics records, and generate earned‑value reports.
• Coordinate local vendor deliveries and enter material data into the logistics management system.
• Support OCONUS and CONUS procurement efforts, ensuring proper scheduling and movement of materials.
• Identify and mitigate DMSMS (Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages) risks.
• Provide leadership support, adjust staffing levels, and implement corrective actions as needed.

Required profile

• U.S. citizenship with an active, transferable DoD Secret security clearance on day 1.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain or depot operations supporting defense programs.
• Ability to work onsite in Doha and occasional overtime.
