About the role
The Logistics Supervisor will lead the distribution and fleet operations for a water manufacturing facility in Doha. This position ensures efficient driver coordination, route planning, and delivery scheduling while maintaining high standards of operational performance.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily distribution activities and manage the company fleet.
- Coordinate driver assignments and ensure optimal route planning.
- Schedule deliveries to meet production targets and customer expectations.
- Monitor fleet performance, maintenance, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with production and procurement teams to align logistics with manufacturing schedules.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Logistics Supervisor in a water factory environment.
- Diploma in Supply Chain or a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Valid Qatari ID (QID).
- Proven ability to supervise teams and manage fleet operations.
