Luxury Store Manager – Retail Leadership

About the role

As the Store Manager for Givenchy in Doha, you will be the brand ambassador responsible for delivering an unrivaled client experience and driving sales growth. You will lead a team of luxury retail professionals, ensuring operational excellence and upholding the Maison’s standards of audacity and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and mentor the store team, fostering a culture of excellence and luxury service.
• Set and monitor performance metrics, provide coaching and conduct regular assessments.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
• Maintain operational excellence in stock organization, product presentation and store protocols.
• Generate comprehensive reports on sales, client feedback and store performance for senior management.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in luxury retail or store management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective team mentorship.
• Deep knowledge of luxury products and service standards.
• Alignment with Givenchy’s culture of audacity, innovation and brand identity.
• Very good proficiency in the local language and/or a second language.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and exceeding sales targets.
